Moving on up . . .

Friday was the last day of school and, as a result, the day that I went from having a first, second and third grader to having a second, third and fourth grader.  Oh my.

Parties were held on the last day of school which Chip and I tried to cover.

Vash said good-bye to his teacher – Mrs. Gorman.

Vash ended the year reading at a mid-late 2nd grade level and is moving into second grade as an “advanced” student.  Good Going Vash!!

Jesse said good-bye to his teacher – Mrs. Farrell.

Jesse is entering third grade as an advanced math student.  He has also grown tremendously this year in his social skills in school.  Woo Hoo Jesse!!!

Markus said good-bye to his teacher – Mr. Robbins.

Markus finished the year with a 98 in math and science and a 95 in english and social studies.  Way to go Markus!!!

Tomorrow is Monday – and no school for the next two months.  Let the games begin.

About Shelly R.

I am a Mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, an attorney, a crafter and the granddaughter of an amazing woman - my Polish Grandmother. My Grandmother gave me so much, through her love and her patience, her sayings and her time teaching me how to craft and to give to others, that it seemed fitting to share some of that wisdom, to tell some of her story, and to chat about life and crafts in a way that would be a testament to what she gave me.
